    Esi Eggleston Bracey got her start at Procter & Gamble Co., working closely with the chief brand officer on global cosmetics. When P&G sold that business to Coty, Bracey became the head of global cosmetics there before stepping down in and joining Unilever the following year, Ad Age reports. 

    Since then, Bracey has served as general manager of personal care in North America and head of country for the U.S. She has spearheaded Unilever’s shift to premium beauty and wellness products, and advocated for purpose-driven marketing, one of the key people behind Dove’s support of the Crown Act legislation which protects against hair discrimination at the federal, state, and local levels. 

    Now, Bracey has been appointed as chief growth and marketing officer at Unilever, making her the top marketer at the ninth-largest marketing company in the world.
