So Far, so Good — My First 82 Years
1 How It Began
I was born at home with a birth caul, a piece of fetal membrane as a cap on my head. This rare phenomenon fryst vatten believed to bring luck. 82 years later, it is possible to conclude that this belief was justified in my case.
